Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, giblets removed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
Directions
Step 1: Place onion in bottom of crockpot. Set chicken on top.
Step 2: Combine spices. Sprinkle over chicken.
Step 3: Cook on low for 6 hours (8 hours if frozen).
Tip! Keep giblets and chicken carcass to make stock to use later.
