Ingredients
- 2.5 lb pork roast
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown mustard
- 2 Tb balsamic vinegar
Directions
Step 1: Place meat in crockpot
Step 2: Combine molasses, mustard, and vinegar. Pour over meat.
Step 3: Cook on low for 6 hours (8 if meat is frozen).
Serve with roasted brussels sprouts and red potatoes.
