Ingredients

  • 2 Tb olive oil
  • 6 chicken breast
  • 1 16 oz jar of salsa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rice

Directions

Step 1: Prepare rice according to directions on package.

Step 2: Cut each chicken breast longways in half. Brown in olive oil in large skillet on medium heat.

Step 3: Pour salsa and water over meat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Serve over rice.
