Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice of your choice
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 2 4 oz cans of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • salt as needed

Directions

Step 1: Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile boil chicken until cooked (about 10-15 minutes), then chop into bite size pieces.

Step 2: Place all ingredients in 9 x 13 baking dish and mix.

Step 3: Bake 325 for 30 minutes
