Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice of choice
  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 1 16 oz jar salsa
  • 1.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1: Prepare rice according to package directions.

Step 2: Combine rice, beans, salsa and heat in microwave for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Serve in bowls, top with cheese and sour cream, eat with tortilla chips.
