Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 3 bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
Directions
Step 1: In large skillet brown turkey with onion and garlic.
Step 2: Add oregano, salt, tomatoes, peppers, and rice to skillet and stir. Transfer to oiled 9 x 13 pan.
Step 3: Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 75 minutes or until rice is tender.
Step 4: Remove foil, cover with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
